Sleep Problems


There are a number of different types of sleep problems. Most people with sleep problems have difficulty going to bed or getting to sleep. Others have problems from waking up frequently during the night. Both of these problems result in worry about not sleeping which frequently makes the problem worse.

Other sleep problems relate to pain, medication, night terrors, sleep walking, snoring, noise, jet lag, depression and breathing problems.


Clinical psychologists are experienced in treating sleep disorders. Our therapy helps you reduce worrying in bed and assists you to reduce or stop using sleep medication. Hypnotherapy is an excellent technique to help you get to sleep and stay asleep and wake refreshed.
